- All our products are of superior quality.

Since the Black
pigment is superfine in quality and super-light
in weight, two grams of natural black pigment is
equivalent to 30 grams of other natural stone pigments
in their volume. Since the pigments are natural,
they have different volumes for equal weight.

When you order
in bulk quantity, net weight of each single color
should not be less than 100 grams AND total net
weight per order should not be less than 500 grams.
Examples:
- 1 variety x 500 grams (minimum, or
more)
- 2 varieties x 250 grams (minimum,
or more)
- 5 varieties x 100 grams (minimum,
or more) and the like.
Delivery
-
We can send your
parcel through courier service of your choice among
the three given below.
-
Minimum time required
for delivery of order (dispatch from Kathmandu Airport)
7 to 30 days or more (including procedural formalities
and paper works) depending upon quantity of order.
Partial shipment is also possible in case of bulk
orders.
Payment
-
50% of the total
amount to be paid along with placement of order
and the balance 50% before dispatch of the parcel
/ consignment.
-
If you want to
send full payment (cost of pigment + transportation/courier
charges) in advance to reduce your cost (bank charge)
of TT and banking procedures, that is acceptable
to us.
-
Order for 25 kg
or more (in total) of any of the above nine colors,
the customer has an additional option for mode of
payment - through Irrevocable and Confirmed Letter
of Credit (Irrevocable and Confirmed L/C) payable
at sight, in favor of "Himalayan Pure House".
Packing
-
Standard
Packing of up to 242 grams (net) of 9 colors (30
grams x 8 colors + 2 grams of black) combination
as shown in Table No.1 will be in Typical Nepali
Pouch Packing with exterior box packing, protected
from air and moisture. For bulk volume orders, the
packaging will be in PVC bottles or glass bottles
and these bottles are again packed in safe cartoons.
